Dependiendo de la aplicaci\u00f3n, H&T utiliza el dise\u00f1o de desgasificador de torre empaquetada de tiro forzado o de vac\u00edo para eliminar el CO2, los COV y otros gases. Las torres son circulares y suelen estar hechas de FRP para el tiro forzado o de acero para las aplicaciones de vac\u00edo. Pueden suministrarse con un tanque clearwell integral o pueden situarse por encima de un tanque clearwell existente bajo el nivel del suelo. Se utiliza una empaquetadura de polipropileno basada en c\u00e1lculos de volumen para producir la superficie requerida. Existen varios tama\u00f1os y formas de medios de empaquetadura, y la selecci\u00f3n depender\u00e1 de los requisitos espec\u00edficos del trabajo.<\/p>

El agua afluente se roc\u00eda sobre la empaquetadura en la parte superior de la torre y, al descender el agua en cascada a trav\u00e9s de la empaquetadura, forma una pel\u00edcula en su superficie que facilita la liberaci\u00f3n de los gases arrastrados en el flujo de aire en contracorriente que pasa por la torre. En una aplicaci\u00f3n de tiro forzado, un ventilador de baja presi\u00f3n y gran volumen empuja el aire hacia arriba a trav\u00e9s de la torre y un antivaho elimina las gotas de agua del aire, que salen de la torre a trav\u00e9s de un respiradero. En una aplicaci\u00f3n de desgasificaci\u00f3n por vac\u00edo, hay una conexi\u00f3n de proceso en la parte superior de la torre que permite a la bomba de vac\u00edo extraer aire. El rendimiento depende de la temperatura del agua y de la concentraci\u00f3n de los gases. La profundidad de la empaquetadura, el tama\u00f1o y el tipo de empaquetadura y el volumen de aire pueden ajustarse para satisfacer cualquier requisito.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
